A Mews site behind No.9 Merrion Square on Finian Street was developed to produce a six story building over a covered carpark and Garden, which was landscaped to provide a garden space to both No.9 Merrion Square and the Apartments. The Apartments were widely published at the time as "innovative" as there was a single Apartment per floor with lift access to each.
